JamaicanJamaican' Me Crazy Shrimp

  • 30 Large (21/25 count per pound) Gulf Shrimp - peeled and de-veined with tail left on
  • 1 1/2 tbs. paprika
  • 1/2 tbs. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tbs + 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tbs + 1/4 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tbs + 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbs + 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup + 1/2 tbs sugar
  • 1/4 cup + 1/2 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil

InstructionsInstructions  Mix all the ingredients except the shrimp in a medium size mixing bowl with a wire whip. The marinade can be made in advance and stored at room temperature for up to a week.

Marinate the shrimp overnight. Grill the shrimp over hot coals until the shrimp are just cooked and curled. Serve immediately as an entree or as a party snack. Have your favorite beverage Handy. These shrimp are spicy and addicitive!
